The Global Health Diplomacy Boot Camp 2026 brought together 29 early- to mid-career professionals from 11 Asia-Pacific countries in Bangkok from 24–27 August 2026 under the theme “Bridging Countries, Building Leaders”.

Jointly organised by the Prince Mahidol Award Conference Strategic Institute (PMAC SI), the International Health Policy Program Foundation (IHPP Foundation), and CCS-EnLIGHT, the four-day programme combined practical skills development, expert discussions, field learning and opportunities for regional exchange.

Participants explored key aspects of global health diplomacy, including the changing global health architecture, negotiation and multilateral engagement, geopolitics, communication, and Thailand’s experience with universal health coverage.

The 2026 cohort joins a growing alumni network of professionals working across government, academia, civil society and multilateral organisations, strengthening connections and collaboration for the future of global health diplomacy in the Asia-Pacific region.
